ReplyDeleteWe have all been there - taking the first step is the hardest - the best step is the one that takes you across the finish!! You can totally do this. The coolest thing is finding someone in the group to connect with and share the training with.
Wow, what a great group we had on Monday evening for the information meeting @ PEAK Performance! The energy was fantasitc.
ReplyDeleteThere will be a group training run @ Peak Performance in Chester this weekend located at 30 Seminary Rd. Saturday @ 1pm. Registered runners, walkers and run/walkers are all welcome. Remember if you are looking for someone to do some of you runs and walks with, just post on the blog and let people know how to contact you.

ReplyDeleteGiT4Men, our men's training group is now on line with schedules and information and preparing for the Long Branch 1/2 Marathon. The Long Branch event is co-ed and we are preparing for a great race the first weekend in May!
