Due to unsafe weather conditions the 9:30 am Walk/run is cancelled today.

    Dixie, I think that taking time off has been great for me. I took off three days this week and went out today and ran for 1 hr 35 min (9.5 mi)! I've never done anything like that in my life! It felt really good too, unbelievable.
